Social policy
The corporate social policy of JSC “SNPH” is focused on providing of favorable labor and leisure conditions, increasing of labor efficiency and ensuring of social security for each employee.
Our staff is a cohesive team of like-minded people of high morale and spirit!
The Company’s priority area for social investments is the cooperation with recent graduates, which is aimed at the development of practical skills, assistance in production activities mastering, reducing of new employees’ adaptation time, and involvement into research and development projects. The Company actively cooperates with universities and colleges for training of potential qualified specialists. The assisted universities and colleges are as follows:

One of the main tools used for the Company’s social policy implementation is the extended health insurance, i. e. the accident insurance. This cover guarantees social security in case of loss of labor capacity.
The provision of favorable labor and leisure conditions for our employees is very important for us, that is why, in all Company locations, at all production facilities, we provide all required staff accommodation conditions: canteens, hostels with comprehensive domestic services, including laundering of work and bed cloths. At our deposits, crews are accommodated in modern mobile housing units (sauna, shower units and sleeping units). Our Company works for improvement of employees’ labor and leisure conditions according to labor safety and health standards.
